Meet the Staff
Cesar Duque, Office Manager
12+ Years in Dentistry | Architect of Morgan Dental’s Operations
Building Morgan Dental from Day One
Cesar was there before Morgan Dental’s doors opened for the first time. Working closely with Dr. Morgan, he developed the operational and financial systems that form the backbone of the practice today. From patient scheduling and staff workflows to financial management and compliance, Cesar architected systems designed for efficiency, transparency, and growth.
Strategic Integration: Operations + Finance
With a degree in economics from La Gran Colombia University, AIPB Certified Bookkeeper credentials, and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification, Cesar brings a unique perspective to office management. He integrated the operational and financial systems so they work as one—eliminating gaps, controlling costs, and ensuring every decision is informed by data. The result: a practice that runs with precision while staying focused on exceptional patient care.
Off the Clock
When Cesar isn’t optimizing operations, he’s on the pickleball court—competing in both casual and tournament play. He brings the same strategic mindset to the game: thinking ahead, playing smart, and never settling for average. His friends joke that he takes pickleball as seriously as dentistry, and they’re not wrong.
Cesar’s role: Ensuring Morgan Dental operates like a well-oiled machine so our dentists and hygienists can focus entirely on your care.

I graduated from dental school in 2003 (Columbia) and have worked in dentistry ever since. As a dental assistant for 6 years, I enjoy caring for patients, supporting my team, and helping create a positive dental experience. I started working at Morgan Dental almost a year ago. I joined because of the positive work environment and the team’s dedication to providing excellent care for every patient. I have really enjoyed being part of the team. The most rewarding part of my job is helping patients feel comfortable and seeing them leave with a smile. I especially enjoy helping patients who are nervous feel calm and cared for during their visit.
Outside of dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my family, decorating my home, and serving at my church. My faith is an important part of my life and has inspired me to care for others with kindness and compassion. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and patience. I always try to make patients feel comfortable, listen to their concerns, and help create a positive dental experience.
I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education and hands-on experience always looking for new ways to support my team and provide excellent patient care. I have experience assisting with digital imaging, sedation dentistry, and a wide range of restorative and surgical procedures. What makes Morgan Dental stand out is the way everyone truly cares about the patients and supports each other as a team. The doctors and staff work together to provide high-quality care while making every patient feel comfortable and valued.
Maushami Patel, Patient Care Facilitators
I have been working in dentistry since 2019 and have been a part of the Morgan Dental team for 9 months. I like to provide patients with all the information I can so that they can make informed decisions. What makes Morgan Dental stand out is our good team culture and patient demographics.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and friends. My hobbies are traveling and exploring new places. I love to do photography and decorate my home for festivals. This helps me stay curious and appreciate different perspectives. I also complete courses in healthcare revenue and finance.
While I hate working out, I find alternatives way to try and stay healthy such as meditation. It helps keep myself sane. I love watching and researching everything that interests me from travel itineraries, food recipes, and new technology. I liked to know all the details that helps me make informed decisions.

I have been a dental hygienist for 16 years. Prior to dental hygiene, I was a dental assistant for 6 years. I have been with Morgan Dental for almost 5 years. Dr. Morgan and Dr. Dumoff create a calm, gentle environment making each visit very comfortable for their patients. I love making patients feel comfortable and listened to. I find great fulfillment when the patients leave their dental appointment happy and with a smile.
I have a passion for crafting as a hobby, I enjoy hiking outside or just relaxing, and of course playing majhong. I have participated in multiple mission trips to provide dental care and oral health education to underserved communities.
Olesia Borets, Registered Dental Hygienist
I have been working in the industry since 2013. I was drawn to the dental field because it allows me to make the difference in patient’s health. I’ve been with Dr. Morgan for 10 years. I started in 2016 right after my family and moved from New Jersey to Connecticut. The most rewarding part of my work is helping patients feel genuinely cared for. I especially enjoy the change to see kids and help ensure they have a good dental experience.
When I am not in the office enjoy hiking with my husband, my two sons, and my dog. I am also proud of my small garden.
I believe that patient care starts with listening. And my approach is to treat every patient as an individual with unique needs. I have a gold certification in CPR, digital x-ray, and cancer screening. I also hold a Bachelors of Science in Biology which gives me a strong foundation for patient care and preventive dentistry.
Morgan Dental is different from other practices because it is focused on patient needs. Dr. Morgan spends time to explain treatment and answer all questions a patient might have.

I have been working in dental for 10 years and I was drawn to healthcare always. But dental hygiene is unique in that you educate patients on oral and general health correlation while also bringing confidence to patients about their smile. I have been a part of Morgan Dental for a year and four months. I was attracted to joining because this office truly showcases exemplary dental care and care for their patients. The most rewarding part is when someone has neglected dental care for years and we get to make them feel welcome and comfortable while we help them keep up to date with their routine checkups and cleanings.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and my dog Amber. My approach to patient care is to make sure I address any patient concerns and ensure the patient is comfortable during cleanings to put any dental anxiety at ease. I am CPR certified and hold a Local Anesthesia permit.
Morgan Dental is different because the time is taken to ensure the patient has a great experience from start to finish. From short wait times to comprehensive care.
